Our applications are workflow enabled and are built on the Windows Workflow Foundation and Microsoft’s Visual Studio Tools for the Office 2005 (VSTO).

Model 1: Scalable, Configurable, Multi-Tenant-Efficient Model
In this model, abacusBPM solutions are hosted for multiple customers on a load-balanced farm of identical instances, with each customer's data kept separate, and with a unique feature set and user experience for each customer.This model is our most recommended model. This has the lowest costs for our customers.

Model 2: Virtual Instance Model
In this model, each client has its own customized version of the hosted application, and runs its own instance of the application on our virtual servers. abacusBPM utilizes VMWARE technologies and the customer will get their own Virtual Server. Architecturally, using VMWARE, the customer gets dedicated Application and Database servers that share Hardware across a farm of servers. This model is more expensive than Model 1.

Model 3: Physical Instance Model
In this model, each client has its own customized version of the hosted application, and runs its own instance of the application on our physical servers. The customer will get their own dedicated hardware (Application and Database Servers). This is the most expensive model.
